These terms set out how you may use this website and the conditions under which MonArch Architecture Studio provides design services.
1. Scope of services
We provide custom house design, adaptation of stock designs, interior layout design, architectural concepts, architect consultations and construction supervision. The detailed scope of each service is described on its own page.
2. Quotes and contract
Prices shown on the site and results produced by the calculator are indicative estimates and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price, scope and delivery date are agreed individually and written into the contract. Once the contract is signed, the price is fixed.
Polish VAT at 23% is added to all prices.
3. Payments
Standard schedule: 30% on signing, 40% once the concept is approved, 30% on handover of the documentation.
We accept bank transfer, BLIK, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on signing.
4. Deadlines
Lead times are given in working days and start once we have the complete input materials and the deposit has cleared. Time spent waiting for authority decisions or for the client to approve a stage does not count toward the delivery time.
Express delivery shortens the schedule and carries a 30% surcharge.
5. Revisions and guarantees
Revisions within the approved scope are free of charge. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted as an optional extra according to the price list.
We support you until the project is complete and keep all materials you provide confidential.
6. Copyright
The architect retains the moral rights to the documentation. The client receives the right to use the documentation once, on the plot specified in the contract. Any wider licence must be agreed separately.
7. Client account
The account lets you track order status, download documents, pay invoices and message your project manager. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. To delete your account, contact us at mon.architecture.stu@gmail.com.
8. Complaints
Send complaints to mon.architecture.stu@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days. A consumer’s right of withdrawal does not cover services made to individual specification once performance has begun at the client’s express request.
