Sometimes a house has good proportions but a bad layout: a kitchen cut off from the dining room, a corridor eating ten square metres, a bathroom that will not fit a washing machine.

An interior layout design solves exactly those problems. We survey the existing state, identify which walls are load-bearing and propose a new division — usually as two or three options.

You receive dimensioned working drawings with electrical and plumbing points marked, plus a schedule of demolition and masonry work you can hand straight to a contractor.
