Who we are
MonArch is an architecture studio based in Warsaw. Since 2013 we have designed single-family houses across Poland, from compact bungalows to large residences. We work as a team — a lead architect, a structural engineer and services designers — so the documentation is consistent and the contractor never has to interpret it on site.
Experience
More than a decade of practice, several hundred designs and daily contact with planning offices in different regions. We know where interpretations differ and plan the process so the permit never delays the build.

Every stage ends with a concrete document and your decision. We do not start the next one until the previous is approved.

A free consultation: your needs, the plot, the budget, and the local zoning conditions.

Floor layout, building form and visualisations. Revised until you approve it.

Building design
Architecture, structure and services, together with the required approvals.

Building permit
We assemble the application and handle correspondence with the authorities.

Author supervision
On-site support: detailing, changes and checking that the build follows the design.
Team
One architect leads your project from the first call to handover.
Qualifications
Designs are signed by an architect holding unrestricted building design qualifications in the architectural speciality, a member of the Polish Chamber of Architects.
