Bought a ready-made design from a catalogue? Before it reaches the authorities it has to be adapted by a licensed architect — that is a legal requirement, not a formality.

We check the design against the local development plan or zoning decision, adjust the foundations to the geotechnical survey, update the energy performance certificate and apply the changes you ask for.

Typical changes — moving partition walls, relocating windows, adding a garage, mirroring the layout — fall within the scope of adaptation and do not require a new design.
