The cheapest way to avoid an expensive mistake. Bring your plot, a catalogue design, a contractor's quote, or simply a list of questions.
We go through the zoning conditions, whether the budget is realistic, whether the chosen design makes sense, and the order of the formalities. After the meeting we send written notes with the conclusions and recommendations.
If you commission a design from us within thirty days, the consultation fee is deducted from the price.
