A custom design is the most complete service in our studio. We start with a conversation about how you actually live: how many people, what the daily rhythm looks like, what frustrated you in your previous home. Only then do we pick up a pencil.

We analyse the plot — sunlight, terrain, zoning conditions and the local development plan. From that we produce a concept, which we discuss and revise together until the layout is exactly right.

Once the concept is approved we prepare the full architectural and construction documentation, including structural, plumbing and electrical designs plus the energy performance certificate. The set is ready to be filed with the authorities.
