A concept answers the question of whether what you have in mind will actually fit on the plot and within the budget — before you spend money on full documentation.

We prepare floor plans for every storey, a section, elevations and a simple massing visualisation. Alongside that comes a construction cost estimate based on current Polish market rates.

If you decide to continue with us, the cost of the concept is deducted from the price of the full design.
