This is a single-storey house with 96 m² of usable floor area, in a minimalist idiom under a gable roof. Its 3 rooms are served by 1 bathrooms, which works well for a family with children.

The design has no garage — one can be added during adaptation. The 14.2 × 11.8 m footprint fits on a plot from 18 m wide. Energy class A means low heating bills across the building's lifetime.
